Premier Real Estate Services, LLC is seeking a Land Development Manager to be located in Urbandale, Iowa.  This position is responsible for securing the clearance of land entitlement for full-scale development projects using comprehensive construction management services throughout the project development life cycle.  Position duties include the oversight of engineers, architects and project consultants; budgeting; contract administration; scheduling; government relations and coordination with construction team operations.

Minimum educational requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.  Requires one-year experience in land development, construction, or civil engineering; and one year of experience with AutoDesk, AutoCad, or Civil 3D.
